6oz of dry aged ground chuck 🥩 , original midland burger seasoning, original peppercorn sauce with brandy, but now with our homemade bacon jam to bring some sweetness and some mature cheddar cheese for some decadence.

Stew Sunday at The Midland.
Emma & Dave recently went to Bilbao. Walked the old streets, stood at the counters, ate what the locals were eating. Proper Basque cooking, slow pots, bread, no rush.
That’s what’s on today and every Sunday, Sukalki - Beef stew. Porrusalada, similar to our Welsh cawl. Oilaskua - Chicken in red wine. Add some Sides if you fancy. Pudding is included.

We’re hiring an enthusiastic Front of House team member for our award-winning The Midland Tapas & Wine Bar in beautiful Beaumaris, Anglesey.
Your role will include:
• Providing warm, friendly service in our vibrant tapas bar
• Serving delicious Mediterranean-inspired & fusion small plates and a fantastic wine list
• Helping create memorable experiences for locals and visitors alike
For the right candidate: Opportunity to work a mixed role on the delicatessen counter at Mercado (our artisan deli just nearby) – serving premium Welsh produce, cheeses, cured meats, olives, and more.
What we’re looking for:
• Must be over 18 (to serve alcohol)
• Hospitality or customer service experience preferred
• Energetic, positive team player with a passion for food & drink
• Flexible availability, especially evenings and weekends
